Common questions
How do credits work?
Buy a credit pack (in QAR). Every case you submit auto-debits from your balance using our published price list. There are no monthly fees and credits never expire.
Do bigger packs really save money?
Yes — you get the same credits but pay less up-front. A 50,000 QAR pack costs 42,500 QAR (15% off), so you save 7,500 QAR.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-case?
We block the order and prompt you to top up. If you've enabled Auto top-up, we charge your saved card automatically — so a clinic with auto-topup never gets blocked.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits are refundable to your bank account at any time. Contact orders@toothrocket.com.
Is my card stored securely?
We never store your card details. Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) holds the card; we only keep the saved-card reference + brand/last4 for display.
